    •    No refunds if you have a change of mind, incorrect fitting or sizing

    •    Exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery/purchase.

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in original condition.

    •    For hygiene reasons, grip socks are final sale once packaging is opened.

    •    Sale/discounted items are final sale.

    •    If Opulent sends the wrong item or something arrives defective, Opulent covers it and offers replacement or refund.

    •    Customer pays return shipping for ordinary exchanges
